  • For any of our monthly services, you are invoiced a set rate each month. This rate only expects to increase once a year (April 1st) based on the rate of inflation.

    Our packages can total £18k - £48k annually, dependant on your requirements. Where as hiring employees to conduct the exact same work of the same experience and skillset can total to £40k - £100k+ annually. Not to mention the additional costs of tax, NI, pensions, training, equipment, hiring processes, legal contacts, sick pay, maternity leave and annual leave.

  • Yes. Every freelancer under Wilkin Design has signed a contract to enable them to work for our clients.

    Every client will receive a tailored contract for the service they require.

    The contracts in place cover expectations, payment terms, ownership and rights.

  • No. Our monthly services have been designed to cover all the creative needs you require under one monthly rate, whether you require additional work or not.

  • As the work conducted will be for your brand, you have full ownership.

    However, we maintain the right to use the work for promotion of our services, portfolios, social media posts, education and competitions.

    This is covered in the contract which all parties must sign.

  • You will receive an invoice on the first working day of the month and you will have 14 days to make the payment. Payments must be made in full every month. If the payment isn’t received, all creative work comes to a stop until full payment has been made.

  • Due to the nature of work, we do not offer refunds.

  • Yes, you can cancel at any time. There is no cancellation fee.
