Branded Vehicles and Marketing Materials to Increase Recognition and Attract the Target Audience for SprayCork UK


Client Profile

Being the sole supplier of ReveCork in the UK, Spray Cork UK offers a new solution to home insulation, reducing energy consumption by up to 35%, resistant against many elements and now a natural and sustainable option. As well as the materials and expertise, Spray Cork UK also offers accredited training courses to tradesmen, allowing them offer this solution to their clients too.

The Challenge

  • The client came to us after a bad experience with another design agency, so it was important for us to build trust.

  • The brand didn’t have any marketing materials and urgently required them for upcoming events and exhibitions.

  • The brand also lacked detailed brand guidelines, so we had to develop our own style, whilst complementing the brand, for the marketing materials and vehicle designs.

Our Solution

  • We designed business cards, flyers and wall banners to promote their brand and offering.

  • We designed their vans and trailer to be consistent with the marketing materials and stand out on the roads, avoiding too much white and taking careful consideration of where eyelines will be in the environment.

  • We introduced a brand pattern with the emblem logo shape to add depth and interest to designs.

The Vans

Spray Cork UK required two van wrap designs to gain attention whilst on the road. The main assets to include were the logo, brand colours, contact number and benefits whilst considering where eyes will be naturally drawn whilst passing or behind this van on the road. We designed a half and half style with the black and white, the blank slant being the same angle as the green emblem’s pieces; because this style isn’t commonly seen on vans, and because of the contrast between black and white, it’ll catch attention.

We ended the design of the black slant with two panel shapes from the green emblem logo, for consistency and a unique design. Doing this also allowed us to end the design where the door will open, leaving room to include the phone number on the side of the door. On the large van we were able to include the benefits on both the side and back doors of the van, the smaller van we could only include these on the back.

The Trailer

When attending shows and events, Spray Cork UK will be driving with a trailer on the back of their van. The trailer will also act as a space for people to step into and view their products. We designed a trailer wrap to match with the vans, include all of the benefits and information about their training course. To keep the design of the trailer intriguing, we utilised the emblem logo as a brand pattern in the background.

The Results

  • Since using our marketing materials, SprayCork has gained a range of fully booked training courses, educating tradesmen on their product.

  • Received a range of compliments on their vans and trailer.

  • A consistent flow of visitors to their stands at exhibitions.
