How it Works
Think of us as your in-house designer, without the burden of an in-house designer.
Our Graphic Design Retainer is designed to help businesses, brands and marketing teams meet their design needs as and when they need to meet deadlines, without the burden of finding a reliable designer, hefty prices or salaries.
Step 1
Submit your Projects
Once you have selected your package with us, we’ll get you set up with your own dedicated designer. Once introduced, just email your designer with your design requests and briefs in order of priority.
Step 2
Your Designer Gets to Work
When your designer has received your design requests, they’ll aim to get to work within 24-48h. If a task is delayed, we’ll ensure to flag this to you as soon as it comes to our attention.
Step 3
Sign off and Delivery
After delivering the designs, we’ll ask you to sign o ff the project once you’re 100% happy. We’ll then deliver all of the final files in the appropriate formats.

Perfect for busy agencies, corporations and enterprises
All prices exclusive of VAT. Final price varies on amount of designs you require each month. All packages include meetings to discuss your needs and project briefs. Full T&Cs are agreed in each agreement. Our packages are available in 3, 6, 9 or 12 month agreements and are re-assessed at the end of the term. If you ever need more work than agreed, this will be invoiced additionally at your discretion. Print costs are not covered in our packages.

Yes, you’ll always work with the same designer to ensure consistency and to help establish a working relationship.

Yes, we’re happy to use our dedicated hours in any way you’d like.

Yes, if you have multiple clients we can do their designs for you. Our packages work perfectly for marketing teams and agencies. We’re also happy to talk to your clients. There is an additional price for our work to be white-labelled.

Yes, we’re happy to be white-labelled and sign any NDAs at an additional rate. This works perfectly for established agencies at full capacity.
