Adam Bradley has a passion and track record for growing businesses, particularly in the manufacturing industry. Therefore, he decided to set up his own business growth company that offers a 1-1 personal service of business growth and development, and monthly strategy days for a group of 6. His services include looking at the business in detail, identifying the problems and implementing strategies. As Adam is personally involved with each of his clients, it was important to him for this to be communicated in the branding and marketing.

THE BRIEF

When we were discussing the brief, Adam wanted the business to be a personal brand but he was adamant on the business not including his name.

THE PROJECT

We discussed a few name ideas but none were feeling right. I decided to present two concepts to Adam: the personal brand approach with his name and face on the logo, and the corporate approach with a regular logo and the name ‘Evolve to Thrive’. Immediately I knew that the first approach was the winner, and I was relieved to hear that Adam agreed. Sometimes, going against the brief brings a better result.

For this project I have designed, created and or contributed to the:

  • Marketing materials such as: business cards, flyers and roller banner

  • Strategy Day venue and workbooks

Adam’s only online presence in LinkedIn, which is the platform where long form content works best whether in the caption or carousel. Each piece of content is designed to be informative and engaging whilst showcasing Adam’s expertise of growing businesses.
