CLIENT PROFILE
Slice work with ambitious business owners, who want immediate internal support, providing Virtual Assistance, Recruitment and HR. By uniquely combining these services, Slice help fill a critical gap either stand alone, or transitioning from one service to the other as their clients grow.
Slice is owned by Lisa, who manages the Recruitment side, and Emily, who manages the HR side - and together they are known as The Slice Girls, which is a play on the popular British girl band, the Spice Girls. By playing on this, Slice, Lisa and Emily have remained memorable which has enhanced marketing efforts.
THE PROBLEM
Slice were struggling to post effective content on social media due to a lack of time and knowledge. They understood the importance of regular posting on social media, especially because they go networking a lot, so they wanted to ensure a professional job was done.
HOW WE SOLVED THE PROBLEM

Personable content
Play on ‘The Slice Girls’ in reference to the Spice Girls
Post updates on industry information e.g: new government in power, effects if new legislations etc.
Monthly in person meeting to discuss content ideas and business updates
Get to know the client and their business in order to plan an effective strategy
Creative direction
Creative Direction
Lisa and Emily wanted content to include images of themselves, but they struggled to create the photos they wanted to achieve. Therefore, we joined The Slice Girls on a photoshoot and provided some creative direction. This resulted in fun and effective photos to use for social media content, mainly photoshopped with graphics to draw attention to certain aspects of the content. E.g: pointing at information, doing their jobs such as taking calls and reviewing paperwork, and expressing their personalities.
Our service also included attending events to gather content and designing marketing materials such as: roller banners and charitable Christmas cards.
Social Media
The brand guidelines stated that green is the Slice colour, pink is VA, purple is HR and blue is Recruit - we ensured to use these colours when the content was specific to any of the services Slice offers.
THE RESULTS
