We will always do our best to meet a client’s deadline and we will always give full clarity to the client, as our workload could effect this. It is best to discuss any deadlines at the design brief stage.

Yes. Every client will receive a tailored contract for the service they require.
The contracts in place cover expectations, payment terms, ownership and rights.

No. You will always be made aware of any additional invoices required to meet your brief, before any work commences.

The client has full ownership of the final design once full payment has been made. The client can use the design however they’d like. Wilkin Design, Chloe Wilkin and her team reserves the right to use any of the approved and unapproved designs to advertise services; this includes but is not limited to: social media, portfolio, flyers and competitions.
However, a separate agreement may be required for merchandise, fashion and commercial for which a percentage of sales is paid to Wilkin Design. This is all finalised in the contract between Wilkin Design and the client.

One-off projects require a 20% deposit up front or full payment up front. The final project won't be delivered until the total value has been paid.
Monthly services must be paid in full every month, within 14 days of receiving the invoice. Full terms are outlined in the contract.
Work will only commence once a payment has been made.
If a payment hasn’t been made beyond the due date, you may be charged a Late Fee.

Due to the nature of work, we do not offer refunds.

If, at any moment during the process from start to finish, you decide to cancel the project from an individual service you will be charged a Kill Fee.

Once the first concepts are complete, we will discuss the next steps. This is where you can discuss any likes and dislikes with the design. This often helps us all have more clarity to get on the right track and create a design that works. This is part of the process.
If you decide you don’t want to use the design after receiving the final files, you will not be entitled to a refund.
